Privacy Policy

In any instance where, by either booking an event directly or in being passed through to a 3rd party brand partner, any of your details need to be shared with the 3rd party, a waiver will pop-up on screen requiring your permission to proceed. If you feel uncomfortable you can simply decline consent and abort (you will not be able to attend the event, however):

“By clicking this checkbox you are confirming that your contact details (name, email address & phone number) will be made available to 3rd Party for the purpose of processing your request to attend the 3rd Party event. You will be allowing your details and the fact that you are a client of Barclays to be shared with 3rd Party and to others involved in organising the event. For this purpose, you expressly waive your protection granted by the laws on banking secrecy of the jurisdiction where your account is booked in relation to your contact details. You agree and understand that 3rd Party may not be bound nor benefit from laws or regulations on banking secrecy and data protection endowed with a degree of protection equivalent to the one applicable in the jurisdiction where your account is booked. If you have concerns about this, please raise them with 3rd Party directly.”

Barclays is committed to protecting your personal data. If you book an event with our third parties your contact details will be shared with them. For more detailed information on how and why we use your information, including the rights in relation to your personal data, and our legal grounds for using it, please visit Control your privacy and data or you can request a copy from us.
